Attendees will learn about a variety of materials that can be used as loose parts\, how the use of loose parts promotes children’s development\, and strategies for gathering loose parts without breaking the bank! Hands-on experience with loose parts\, as well as visuals depicting children engaged with loose parts materials will bring the use of loose parts to life. Presenters will share how the use of loose parts promotes children’s critical thinking and problem-solving skills\, as well as curiosity\, creativity\, imagination\, self-regulation\, executive function\, and more!
