The four steps of FLIP IT can be easily remembered using the mnemonic of FLIP\, which stands for F – Feelings\, L – Limits\, I – Inquiries and P – Prompts. FLIP IT is nothing new\, but turns what works into a strategy that is easy to remember and easy to use in real-life challenging situations.
