Continuous professional development in early education ensures educators stay informed, inspired, and equipped to support every child's growth during their most critical learning years.
The Children’s Council offers a wide variety of trainings directly related to early childhood education and providing high-quality childcare. Trainings include but are not limited to: CPR/First Aid, ITS-SIDS, NC Foundations for Early Learning and Development, Playground Safety, Fire Safety, and Emergency Preparedness and Response. Specialized trainings regarding teaching strategies, classroom management, and behavioral support will also be offered. Learning accommodations are available upon request for all training sessions.
