DESCRIPTION:Using calm down books to support emotional regulation make and take training.\n\n\nThis hands-on make-and-take training will guide educators through creating and implementing calm-down books as a tool for supporting emotional regulation in young children. Participants will learn when and how to introduce calm-down books\, how to use them alongside co-regulation strategies\, and ways to incorporate them into their classroom environment. Teachers will leave with a completed calm-down book and practical strategies to help children navigate big emotions and build self-regulation skills.
