Educator Spotlight

This quarterly spotlight recognizes an outstanding early educator whose dedication and passion positively influence the growth and development of our littlest learners. Thank you to our early educators for going above and beyond to nurture and inspire young children daily!

Shaelynn Evans

Shae began her journey in early childhood education in 2019 while
searching for an after-school volunteer opportunity. She found a local early education program and spent a year and a half volunteering before stepping into a co-lead role in the toddler classroom. Within her first week, she discovered how much she loved working with toddlers; their curiosity, joy, and eagerness to learn captivated her. Shae especially enjoys watching children experience new discoveries, like spotting a caterpillar for the first time, and treasures the sweet hugs, giggles, and wonder that make working with toddlers so special.

I love being able to form a relationship with each individual child and learn their own unique personality and watch it grow!
Shaelynn Evans

In her free time, Shae enjoys knitting, watching comfort shows like Gilmore Girls, exploring new places, and attending weekend festivals and farmers markets. She also loves spending quality time with her family and friends.
