When you become a Children’s Council supporter, you are helping to ensure that all families and children are supported during this important time in their lives!
Examples of how your donation can be put to use:
- $25 can provide diapers for an infant or toddler for one month.
- $35 can buy books for one child for a whole year.
- $100 can cover the expenses of an educational resource kit for children.
- $250 can sponsor a teen parenting group meeting.
- $400 can provide a one-month scholarship for a DUAL School student.

Building Sweet Futures
November 20 - December 15, 2025
Spread some cheer and show off your sweet design skills all while supporting the Children’s Council through the first ever “Building Sweet Futures: Gingebread Competition”.
Handmade original gingerbread creations will be on display throughout the holiday season.
A panel of judges will determine the winner of each category and votes will be cast by viewers for the People’s Choice Award.

Little Black Dress

A top-tier ladies night hosted and catered at SouthEnd Brewing in downtown Boone. With a focus on female-led businesses, Little Black Dress gives space for local vendors to show guests all the wonderful ways of caring for ourselves while we have fun with friends and dance the night away!
